Was It Worth It?
We know you're always shopping for the best contractors general liability insurance quote and if you take one (1) minute and read the below paragraphs you will better find it! Our ACA Contractor Insurance Specialists take exceptional pride in providing the absolute Best Liability Insurance Rates and educating their construction clients with pertinent information that helps navigate through a complexity of coverage's and insurer choices. Sincerely,
First, if you are a small contractor a substantial portion of your insurance costs may be fees and usually those fees are up-front and fully earned!
Second, if your quote is not an "ISO Occurrence" policy form then it should cost substantially less as it is not the standard and usual policy recommended, required or purchased.
(should any agent tell you that their non-iso policy is the same coverage - get it in writing)
Third, if there are taxes in your proposal then the insurer being proposed is NOT licensed in the state in which you reside and is a non-admitted insurer.
Fourth, does the proposal reflect all the operations you perform and is the estimated employee payroll, sub-costs and gross sales accurately represented?
Fifth, do you have any contracts or potential jobs that have specific insurance requirements and do you know the cost and availability of the liability insurance endorsements needed?
By paying attention to the five items above, you will better choose the options available:
(1) How much do all the fees cost?, (2) Is the proposal provided an ISO Occurrence policy?, (3) Are taxes in my proposal?, (4) Am I represented accurately to prevent an audit premium?, (5) Is there any liability insurance endorsements I will need and do I know the cost?
Thousands of Contractors choose The ACA Advantage and our success is built on a foundation that delivers the business tools that contractors need to be successful.
Now, more than ever, contractors need effective resources that will reduce costs and since 1993 The American Contractors Agency has been solely committed to that purpose.
